Well all i have left is polishing the tailgate. and put the seats in and pick up my ARE cover and she is ready for the road agian. first some before pics of the paint::::::

all meguairs. i used mechine polish meduim then mechine polish fine. then mechine polish glaze then NXT wax all applied minus wax with a mechine buffer and every thing was taken off with microfiber towels.

 

Looks good, dude! I used to wax my car when i had a Toyota, now It's sittin in a body shop cuase my sister's been drivin it and hit like 3 deer with it.

looks really good zach... any second guesses on painting it.... does it need it now do you think? from the pics, the paints still looks to be in great shape, just needed a little cleaning up.

 

if you want me to take all the pics of the fubared parts on the body you would go ya it needs to be painted. i need a whole new hood its really rusty underneathe also huge dents on it. both doors have BIG dents on them. there is dent on the cab by the window. the truck got rearended and the faberglass bed in the back got smacked by the bumper and is cracked and i have to do fiberglass repair there is TONS of deep gouges in the fiberglass. and the tailgate is rusing at the bottom. and you notice i have no pics right now with the front bumper and the passanger corner lence area lol...take a guess why..

got plans for the fender badges? the look like they need to be replaced or shaved, but Iknow you are a "details" man so I guess theres no need to let you know that.lol

 

they life just 2 houses down from me oh beleave me they will see it. i cant wait till it has the 5.0L and droped a little, new paint, Bullitt wheels, and tint on it LOL....

oh beleave me I already thought of that. the "strip" on the side is getting taken off when it gets painted and also the 06 badges are going on but it will be the one's with the blank under the RANGER and i am going to get a Orange or black wording of SPLASH under it. i think it will look killer. i am not a shave man. no door handles or badges will ever be shaved on any of my trucks i hate it. thats just me. i am acully going to put a V8 emblem on the fender a really small one...

 

hey zach can u wash and wax my truck? it really needs it. u did a sweet job cleaning ur trucks so i figured id ask.

when i get it repainted yes it will be a clear coat base coat. i hate it when paints arnt clear coated...
