I have seen multiple rangers with the same tow mirrors but I dont know what truck it came off of, thanks in advance!

But these are just the newer model mirrors

If you are seeing the same towing mirrors on different Rangers in your area then I would bet there is a local Trailer place that is installing the same models as needed by owners
Google search your local market for larger trailer dealers
