Just what it says for some reason when it rains it seems sluggish does anyone have any thoughts on this it has 70K on it thanks

Could just be more resistance, other than that i couldn't tell you.

 

ummm, could it be spinning the tires? also there is the added rolling resistance on the tires. Tires that are worn down a lot or have no rain treads or siping have a lot more resistance on them when there is any amount of water on the road.

 

Spray your plug wires with water from a spray bottle, at night, with the engine running.

Look for arcing while you spray and VARY THE RPMS. If you see any, replace the plug wires.
