Which belt to run for AC delete?

I'm currently running the AC delete pulley, but I need to get rid of the pulley. Which belt to use for running without the AC?

The belt for non-AC on Rockauto was the wrong length. IIRC, it was still too long.

They advertise 73" is the length for non-AC. 83" with AC.

Turns out I may need something shorter than 73"

Anyone else run into this problem when deleting the AC?

Just use a string and route it for what you need then measure it, don't forget to add or subtract for the tensioner deflection

Try a 69… 695k6 if belt is coming from Autozone but then I’m glad to be able to immediately update this but that belt will fit but it’s going to burn itself off due to the space in for the belt in between the tensioner and alternator.. Sorry. Best thing to do is get the ac, get your 83 or 830 and keep it moving

Hello. Just put a 69 on to do an AC bypass and found the belt was unfortunately rubbing on itself. I made this account to make this reply to this exact comment haha.

Question: how long can I drive it with the rubbing? I commute on a highway everyday. I fully intend to replace the AC but in the meantime need to get to work.
