I have a fan clutch idler pulley that makes noise and wobbles. I had everything apart today but I have no idea what is behind this pulley. I talked to the Ford Stealership and they thought I was nuts. So I'm taking it there tomorrow to prove a point. But has this ever happened to anyone else? 2008 with a 2.3 lt.

 

Well the truck is at the dealer and now it is a $875.00 bill to replace the front engine housing. I told him this was B.S. The first tuneup is 100K Why would this happen. Typical
stealer ship.

 

They dont buld em like they used to....
