Checking at the parts store for a WIX filter, said I needed a 51215 filter for a buddy. Guy looked it up just to verify for the '07 and handed me a 51348 filter. I told him he gave me the wrong filter and he told me WIX is listing the 51348 for the 2.3 DOHC now, but couldn't explain why the PN change was made. My printed 2008 catalog shows the 51215 by application, but now when I check online parts stores and the WIX site it doesn't list the 51215 now. Just curious if anyone has run into this problem, or knows why WIX decided to use a new PN now?

Yeah it fit, but I think it's odd that the filter number would just change from one oil change to the next.
