Post 02 Clutch problem? Help me plea

Well I had a clutch replaced a few months ago. They resurfaced the pressure plate, installed a Luk clutch, bearings, and new slave..
Well yesterday I noticed my clutch has like 3" of play before disengaging...It disengages right at the floorboard..I dont know what the problem is..I have plenty of fluid and no leaks

Now, i also noticed, in neutral, i can shift into every gear without disengaging the clutch, is that a problem or normal for a ranger?

I'm sorry, your description is very hard to understand. I think you may not understand what engaging the clutch is. You disengage the clutch to put it in gear or shift. You engage the clutch when it is in gear to make the vehicle move. If that is not clear, the clutch is disengaged when you push it in and engaged when you let it out.
