100% locked in hubs?

I did that mod a few weeks ago because i broke a manual hub and had to go back to my vaccume hubs, but my vaccume system has been disabled. Doesnt take to long to do and is faily easy. The hubs are locked all the time so all of the front drive line is always turning. I will go back to manual hubs when i can afford it, but will keep my modded PVH hubs for back ups.

Its simple to do. I did it recently to my truck and I kept the original center caps to keep over them so its incognito (and plan to keep the ones when i get new wheels/tires too)
Unless you Go Solid Axle with Manual hubs, or the Setup from an 01+ ranger (CV's and Hubs) then you'll never been able to 100% lock in hubs AND keep 2wd. The problem with the above described process is that the front driveline is fully turning which would cause some pretty unnecessary wear and add extra mpgs.
