1996 Ford Ranger 2.3L Automatic transmission problems

1996 Ford Ranger standard cab with 2.3L automatic transmission. 4R44E. Shift solenoids were shorted. Check engine light came on and reads codes P0756 and P0761 which are shift solenoids B & C CKT performance or stuck off. I need help on how to replace these. step by step. all i know is to take the transmission pan down and filter off and the solenoids are on the valve body. please let me know if anyone can help. thank you.
