2005 3.0 5R55E to 2005 4.0 5r55e

My theory here is all I have to do is swap bellhousings an pump? I know they are not one piece cases! Any info would be nice. Thanks in advance

The 3.0 Never came with the 5R55E. It came with the 5R44E

Every time I look to see which one I have it says 5r55e?
