The kid cleaned the diff up for me. No T-case yet, have to source one. It's not gonna be on the car for a while. I'm going to redo most of this front end first.

The kid included them. Hell, makes my life easier. So I can rebuilt everything without having truck downtime.

Plans.

Clean it all up.

Paint everything satin black. Diff cover will be painted aluminum.

Replace all ball joints.

Replace tie rods.

New hubs.

Replace all seals/bearings in the diff.

Buy rebuilt 3.0 4x4 trans.

Buy manual trans case.

Buy driveshafts.

Install it all in 2 days.

Depends. If the truck has torsion bars then yes. If it has coils.....no.

Its such a new truck (3k miles) thinking about just taking it to a transmission shop and let them swap the outer shaft.
I am still not sure about the transfer case and what route to take on that.

Why didnt I just buy a 4x4? Could not refuse the deal I got on this truck and I think I can add 4x4 cheaper than buying the one on the lot.
