97 bmw m3 swap

Searched here an the web but havent found anything. Well guy couple miles from my house has a 97 328i m3 he wrecked an would sell it pretty cheap. My question is being a inline 6 how tight of a fit. I think it would be fun in my 90 reg cab short box 2wd

You'd be the first to do it so maybe you should tell us when you're done. Good luck.

Motor mounts are gonna have to be moved, obviously... Same as above, I'm almost positive you'd be the first.

If you have the funds and time to do it go for it, but to be honest a 302 will be easier/cheaper and more powerful and reliable in the long run.

Yea you are very right. I have a 306 but a lot of people put 5.0 an 5.8 in rangers. I want to do something different. As reliabilty goes european cars last forever
