Need some clarification on rear pinion seal

Need some clarification on rear pinion seal
Figured I would ask before I buy everything.
My rear diff is leaking. Not much mind you a couple drops... been doing so for at least a year now and I am always checking it and making sure I am not low. I just changed the fluid about a month ago and honestly it wasn't even really dirty, it was still pretty translucent. It's leaking up by the drive shaft.
From everything I have researched and read it appears it's the leaky seal right at the rear pinion. From what I have read I mark the one piece of metal and then undo the four 12mm bolts. Then mark the center nut and then remove.
From that point I am confused on what exactly do I replace. Is there a seal both inside the rear diff, and on the part that the driveshaft is bolted to? IE: The part that goes into the rear diff?
I found 3 really good links:

How to: Replace front/rear pinion seal - The Ranger Station Forums
I have a 2001, XLT single cab rwd ranger.
it has the 7.5" rear diff with 4.10 gears in it.
I have read that you need to replace the sleeve if it's worn, which is fine.
I am just trying to get the parts required to change it. I don't mind changing out a bearing since it's like $10, that's nothing really.
I know I need a seal. So far what I found is the following that I think I need:
USA Standard Gear USA33085 rear diff crush sleeve.
Diff pinion bearing and race? There is rear outer, rear inner, front outer, and front inner?? Is the front what they are saying that connects the driveshaft to the trasnmission?
(Need clarity on this one pelase)
Should replace this anyways right (diif pinion repair sleeve)
Timken part kwk99181 rear 7.5"
And realld the main seal: Diif pinion seal. States as rear outer 7.5" Timken part # 3604
Any help would be great. I had a similar question on wheel bearings that for example the wheels on my ranger both needed inner and outer wheel bearings. Just wanted to make sure the rear diff wasn't the same or if it iI want to make sure I do it corectly.
The how to's above don't look bad, infact pretty simple, just take one's time, I just wanted to make sure I get the correct parts.
Thanks,
-Nigel

my best recommendation is this...
mark the pinion nut(in relation to the pinion and nut, then remove the nut (count the turns) and yoke. remove seal. Install new seal. install yoke, now tighten the nut back down (same number of turns as before. Once you get where the marks line up go an 1/8 to 1/4 turn further.
All should be good.

Thanks for the input!
I just want to make sure or not if I should replace any bearings? Are there any there?
Honestly I don't mind replacing other parts since they are cheap and will be under 80 bucks or so,... replacing the seal is for sure, but I just want to make sure if I needed the crush washer along with the other components. I'd rather replace it all and not have to worry about it, than to replace one thing and then have to come back and go at it again at a later time.
Thanks so far!
