Aluminum drive shaft

Does any one know what years the Rangers came with the Aluminum driveshafts?????

ive seen 98 to 00 thats had em and all have been 5 speeds mine has one.

my 05 4.0 5 speed has one I knew a kid that had a 98 3.0 5 speed that had a steel one.

my 02 xlt has steel. my buddy with an 02 edge 4x4(formerly) is aluminum

My 01 has an aluminum one, but I know around the next following years there was a TSB or something for the steel drive shafts and vibrations. Most of them were swapped out with aluminum ones from the dealer.

My 03 4.0 auto has one, but from what I know, it was put in under a TSB. I got it in 08 after it sat in the dealer's lot for a while, and the stickers were still on it.
