That's nice and way cheaper than aftermarket. I think the welding's a good idea to keep anything from twisting and straining bolts with the braking force.

It's a shame Ford didn't keep the flanges on the ends of the axle more consistent in the 28 splines the way they did pretty much in the 31 spline 8.8's and even with the big bearing 9" axles. Lot's of swapping can go on there.

I think the Crown Vic is that 5 on 5 pattern between the 4.5 and 5.5 patterns. I know I see a lot of race equipement that seems to be that 5 inch pattern and I assume it's used in cars more. Maybe it's metric for all I know.

If the Explorer rotor geometry works then Explorer rotors could be used in the future I guess.

I like it.

Sounds good. I thought I read you had to fill and drill the rotors...maybe I was trippin' again, lol.

Well regardless, it is as you say "All Ford" and it'll be a heck of sight better than Ranger drums -- they suck.
