Anti lock issues?

Well this is my first tech. post here! My son's '95 ranger 4X4 155000mi. pulls to the right. It has excessive disc pad drag on the rotor when I spin the rotor by hand. There is residual pressure in the right front line, but not in the left front. The old calipers were leaking behind the piston seals and have both been replaced. All lines, pads, and hoses have been replaced, (steel lines were rusted badly). All rear brake components replaced. Everything was shot! Truck stops great. It just has the slight pull to the right going down the road. When the brakes are applied the pull stops. The only component in the system untouched is the anti lock controller. Any help would be appreciated. Also, has anyone converted anti lock to non anti lock. I could care less about having anti lock brakes on this truck. Thanks for your help!
