Brake issues

Ok, I have a lot of issues and while I think I have some figured out I'm just at a loss.

On my 03 Edge:

my parking brake does not come up all the way when I pull the release and I have to pull it up with my foot, what do I need to fix/replace?

My parking brake only sometimes works and that's no good as I would like it to as I drive a stick, so would that be wearing pads or a stretched cable (cable is also starting to dangle)?

Recently, after releasing my parking brake, it still feels engaged as I have to really gas it and it feels like my wheels are glued to the ground (how it usually feels driving with the parking brake on) and it stays like that until I hit around 50 to 60 mph. I know this isn't good, how do I fix it?

Also started recently is when I put it in neutral and coast, there is a clunk and it feels like my back left brake is a little engaged.

At this point would it be a good time to swap in disks?

For my 02 xlt:

Parking brake pedal works, brakes redone by the shop, but the cable is a few inches from the ground. I do not see how to hold it up, so where does it mount at? Also, the parking brake does not work, so is the line possibly not attached?

your parking brake assembly is what maintains proper brake shoe adjustment

without working parking cables , you run the great risk of causing an accident .

the parking / emergency braking system is what will stop your vehicle in case of main hydraulic pressure failure

need pictures to see the problem

Thanks for that!

When it was taken apart, little broken peices of everything came out, so got everything redone... Feels nice to have a parking brake again!
