d35 aussie locker?
That's awesome, and about freakin time!
That price is reasonable, about on par with a true trac in most applications.
Is it going to work as well as a locker? No. But I would have rather had a good limited slip in front of my sport trac instead of the locker. The rear locker did most of the work anyway, the front is heavier and normally kept both front tires on the ground. A limited slip would have worked well, stressed the front end less and made tight maneuvering in 4x4 easier.

Ouch, that's a big hit to the wallet. I would way rather have a locked rear and open front than ls front and rear. I've never thought the D35 was strong enough for a locker or LS. But that's just me.
Limited slip front and locked rear would have been ideal for me.
I'm undecided what to do with the f150 when I regear it, maybe elocker front but those are really pricey. My cart at ringpinion.com is 2000 as I have it so I have to save up. Lol

As I've seen you post in other threads.......Its just money!
I like the front Aussie locker. Contrary to popular belief, I have also used it offroad with no problem. Although due to the age of my truck I don't beat on it either as it's not a trail rig.
