I have my torsion bars cranked up 2 inches. Nothing seems wrong, but do you think my drive terrain angles are too steep?

I think not. It's going to wear out sometime in the future, but it was already going to do that. Drive it.

 

First of all... drivetrain... not drive terrain, lol. =)

Secondly... I think you'll be alright. Cranking your bars will accelerate the wear and tear of balljoints and such, but you probably already knew that. So long as nothing is binding (which it won't if all you do is crank your bars) you are alright.

 

Ha ha sorry. Im not the best speller. Do you think with this angle my cv boots and ball joints will wear out/tear soon or would it be a more gradual thing?

 

If your tough on your truck, your cvs will grenade that much faster with more angle. you know your truck and driving style though, your call.

 

So with mainly calm street driving I should be fine?

Definitely. lol I just can't decide if it is worth it or not to keep this angle. The tie rods and ball joints are actually what are worrying me the most.

 

they arent gonna wear day in a week, or even a day or even a month is what my opinion is again. your truck though.

 

On my old truck I had my bars cranked for about 10000 miles I think. Some of that was wheeling, most of it wasn't. They were still fine when the truck rolled.
