Drive train problem

Drove truck and it set for 2 days and went to drive it and it did not want to move back tires would spin but it would barely move finally got it in the garage which was about 25 feet and all of the sudden it like it released and started moving free. I did put it in 4 wheel low the last 6 feet because it did not want to goat all. It was like my front end was in low range and my back wasn't. I jacked my wheels up before I got it all the way in the garage and the wheels turned free. It did this once before and I went back and forth a few times and something poped and everything was free I thought my brakes might have frooze to the rotors because it rain that day and turned off cold that night but after yesterday I don't know what the problem is. /when I last drove it I never put it in 4 wheel. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You Glenn

Sounds like things were just frozen. The rear ends have a tendency to freeze up in the winter, especially the emergency break. The rear wheel cylinders also tend to seize over time causing the rear drum hardware to grenade in the drum.
