10 inch rear drum drivers side won't go on without using a hammer cuz its so tight. E BRAKE cable is very tight compared to the passenger side. I have tried new cylinder. All brakes and parts are new except for the e brake arm and bar but both are clean. The arm seem to pull out more then the other side. Self adjusters all the way in.
