front and rear diff. oil

I going to change the oil as soon as its starts to warm up here!. I'M going to use val.syn power 75 140 whats does everyone use here? and how long between oil change in the diffs.?.

Personally I'd use Lucas.

I do mine every 10,000.

what year is your truck? Because chances are it requires 90w in the rear.

I have an open diff. now,but later I get a true track L/S

I use Mobil 1. It already has friction modifiers in it if you need it for L/S and if you don't, it won't hurt.

why? theres no need to...unless your constantly submerging them theres no need to do it that often...my truck has 64K on it and i havent touched the diffs...im not going to worry about it until im around 75K
