Changed the rear diff oil, went to synthetic & new diff cover

I have been buying things little by little to keep up with the maintenance of the truck. Today was the rear diff drain, fill and new cover with some fresh paint! I went with the full synthetic oil with the must have limited slip additive.

Hmm, theres the fill plug lol. Gonna do this weekend, minus the paint job. Looks good man. Does that gear oil have the added LSD additive?

Thanks man. Yes the valvoline synthetic does have the additive and the nice part is it says it right on the bottle, so you dont need to look it up or anything. It's about 13.00 a quart, I found it at Napa

To be safe I would do it every 50k. This is the first time I did it since I bought the truck, I put maybe 20k on it but I dont think it was ever changed

I know this is a super noob question but I'm too lazy to click at the top of page to find it... How many quarts of oil did it take to refill it? I need to do this soon.
