Help Identifying whining sound

Good morning, here's a video of a whiring sound has developed in my front end and I've been struggling to pin point the location. It's definitely coming from the front end but the sound only arises after driving for a few miles and things warm up. It does not make the sound at idle only while moving. I suspected bad pads and rotors but replacements haven't helped. Any help or ideas of what it could be would be appreciated.

Does the sound change at all when you turn the wheel?

If it's not the brakes I'd check driveshaft/u-joint, cv or wheel bearing. Bearing might change with speed and direction/load.
