help with new rear end in my ranger

I had an old man run a red light and hit me right in the driver side back wheel. He took out the rear end. I had a L/S in it before and was wondering if this new one was. They assured me it was. Here is everything on the tag.

3L73 75 1E01
S367W

What does all this mean?
Thanks for any help.

Thanks and did I read it right the tag is from a 2001?
The repair order says the internals from one was transferred to the other.

The insurance company did the repairs. I like it how it is I was just wondering what the tag info was. Seems the new rear end was a core and they put my old stuff in it. My truck only has 34,000 miles on it.
