how many times would you re-torque your ring gear bolts?
ive already took them off once and torqued them back on, but i have to take the ring gear back off again to check my front locker. i dont want to have these things breaking off in the ring gear on the third time torqueing them down.
EVERY TIME i install a ring and pinion, i use new ring gear bolts, a new crush sleeve (obviously) and a new pinion nut. I also put loctite on the bolts after cleaning the holes and bolts with brakleen or alcohol
I've only done one or two and never really put them back together.
I'd do what Justin says, get new bolts, sleeves and nuts.
(that is verbatim what she said)

You can buy them from places like Fastenal.
or F57Z-3L222-AA should be the part number from the dealer.
What is this thrust washer you speak of?
