Intermitent 4-Wheel Drive
02 FX4 Ranger
It will shift into 4H under 3 mph, light comes on and it is in. The CM dosn't even click above 3 mph, if I slow down, it click and goes in. Once I get over 5mph the dash light goes out, but it still feels like its in 4 wheel drive, when I slow to a stop the light comes back on, as I accelerate the light goes back out. It just started doing this, I bought a new transfer case shift motor, but haven't installed it yet. I was wondering if anyone else had a better idea of a place to start?
