What size/material hose?

Just noticed the vent tube on the rear axle of my '94 Ranger has become dry and brittle. Needs to be replaced. Does anyone know what size hose this is and what it's made of?
Thanks
Barry

Not sure but just take it off and take it to a parts store to get it replaced, that's what i did. I believe it's just a piece of normal rubber tubing. Nothing special about it.
