Need rear brakes

What's everybody running for rear brakes now ? Haven't been on here in a while, but it's time for new brakes. I'm running EBC Greens on the front and Raybestos Superstops on the rear, but I can't find the Raybestos listed anymore. I do a fair amount of towing with this thing so I need better than stock stopping power. What's the latest and greatest out now ?

Disc swap is where it's at.

Yeah, I've looked into that a few times over the years. Parts availability/ price are not happening around here. Unless somebody has made a bolt on kit for the 8.8 I don't know about ?

You could always swap to an Explorer 8.8 axle that already has disc brakes if you don't want to swap discs onto your existing axle.

That's what I meant. Been off the boards for a while, and I thought the only swap available was the explorer 31 spline, 8.8 with the disks. Can't find them around here. Is there a kit that would let me put disks on my stock ranger 28 spline, 8.8 rear ?

There's a kit on summit for Mustang Cobra brakes. It's like $220. Then all you need is calipers, and brake hoses.
There's a write up on here about it.
