I just bought a 2011 Sport 4x4, AT, 124K. It is making noise when rolling coming from the front end. Seller and a friend of mine thinks it is tire noise. I think it is more serious than that. I bought it anyway because it seemed like a good deal. 8600.00. The body looks like it is new and the interior is excellent. So far all I see wrong is the right side cig lighter socket is pushed thru the hole and the dome light lens is missing. (where to get one of these?) It has a home link rear view mirror with temp and compass which somebody must have added. I don't think this was a ford option since there is nothing in the owners manual about it.
Any ideas / experience with the front end noise?

 

If you can get a clip of the noise, that would help a lot.
