New Driveshaft!

they got it done today and i just went and picked it up, cost me 301.43 but it was well worth it, i thought they were just going to put new ends and u joints on it but they ended up pretty much building me a whole new driveshaft, it looks great too! spicer u-joints too!

due to neglect for my u-joint(when i knew it was going out) the driveshaft fell off of the differential at 65 mph and chewed the end up on the road, so i had to get it fixed, i dropped it off thinking that they were just goint put a new end on the driveshaft and new u-joints but since they new my grandpa, they just built me a whole new one

well what i figured what happened is when i jumped my truck-about 6 foot in the air, my drive shaft went fully forward and the slip yoke at the transmission went in as far as it could and caused the u joint to get in a very bad bind and pretty much shear off 2 of the arms on the u-joint, and it eventually lost the c clips and slowly but surely fell apart
