Noise underneath truck starting at 42mph?

Well I made a post about a loud noise coming from underneath truck a week ago. Some guys said wheel bearing.

We checked front wheel bearings/hubs, brakes and rotors today and everything seemed fine.

It starts sounding loud at around 42 mph and as soon as you let off the gas, you can hear it down to about 35-40 mph.

hard to tell if it is coming from front or rear of truck.

any other ideas?
