Oil leak underneath truck, leaving spot

My truck is spotting oil. I looked underneath my truck, I included a picture..you could see directly where the spot is, above "frame"? looks like a plate but its wet with oil..can some explain what could be wrong?

Hard to tell. Could be power steering rack.

I had the whole rack and pinion done.. This is oil spots, not power steering fluid spotting..
