Overhauling Front and Rear Diffs

I have a 93 Ranger XLT with 4x4 with a 4.0L. It has a 4" Rancho Suspension lift and a 3" body lift with 33x12.5 LT16 BFG all- terrains on it.

I am looking to upgrade my front and rear diffs from the stock 3.27's to 3.73's. i have a 8.8 rear and a Dana 35 front IFS. I am wondering what years and models i can look at for parts? Can i put an explorer differential and ring/ pinion into my ranger? I plan on putting a lock right in the rear eventually. Are the limited slip diffs that came in some rangers/ explorers w/ 3.73's any good? i believe they are traction locks?

Any ideas, tips or info would be appreciated.
