P1405 Cleared twice and came back????

Where do I start with rectifying this sitiuation?

Print out from Autozone

Definition:

DPFE sensor upstream hose off or plugged

Explanation:

ECM detected EGR flow in a negative direction no EGR flow commanded

Probable Causes:

1.Failed DPFE sensor (EGR pressure sensor)
2.Open or shorted circuit condition
3.Plugged or damaged EGR tube

Is this the sensor??

Well I figured it out. the hose on the right has a crack in it gunna switch it out tomarrow and reset the code. I changed that sensor back in 03. when it went out i got like 100 miles to the tank of gas, was crazy.
