Pics of manual t-case

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some pictures of how and where the shifter is located with a 1354 t-case. Does ANYONE have any pictures? Is it possible to make my own shifter if I can not find anything except for the t-case?

there are 2 holes in the tail section of the transmission that the shifter linkage bolts to.......then the shifter is somewhat straight up into the cab......

My bad, I mean does anyone have any pics of how the floor shifter is mounted and what the "linkage" looks like?

In this thread I posted pictures of the actual linkage as seen from underneath the truck. Not the best angles but it should help some.

And in the thread Lefty has posted a picture of the linkage and manual case not installed in the truck.
