Pilot Bushing Q

After doing some diagnosing and searching here at R-F, it sounds like my pilot bushing is toast as it makes that weird noise under the floor near the bellhousing unless I engage the clutch. I noticed a KEVLAR Pilot bushing from Zoom and was wondering if anyone ever used this before and whether or not it would be better than the normal pilot bushing? Thanks!

Oh BTW... here's the link where I found the KEVLAR pilot bushing:

Pilot bearing or the throw-out bearing? Does the noise start when you first apply a bit of pressure on the clutch pedal?

Or is it noisy when at idle in neutral?? Usually signs of a throwout bearing.

Noisy when I'm at idle in neutral & clutch not engaged. When I do engage the clutch the noise goes away. Also it has been kinda hard to shift into any gear other than 5th. I plan on replacing everything anyhow including the Slave Cylinder
