question leaking dana 44

hey everyone havent been here in a long time but i sold my ranger 2 years ago. I just bought a 93 explorer and put in a 78 bronco 44 axle and i rebuilt it and put it in the truck. I was putting my tires on it and i got diff fluid leaking from the axle tube passenger side. The truck got regeared and new seals and bearings. it only leaks as it leans toward that side. Do you think it will go away when i start wheeling it? or before i do the steering for it rake it all apart and fix the inner seals? When its day time here tomm i will post pictures of the truck

You might have overfilled the differential as well.
