Rear brakes not working !!

Does anyone know how or if you can bleed proportioning valve on 93 ranger 4x4 ? Brake fluid not getting to rear wheel cylinders !! Has new shoes , drums and put new master cylinder hoping that was my problem ! But still no fluid to rear , fronts work perfect !! Any help or advice would be appreciated ..

1st / remove master cylinder cap

2nd / open both wheel cylinder bleeder valves , then go grab a coffee of beer

brake fluid should start flowing down the brake lines and out of the bleeder valves on it`s own

i had to do that once , no amount of brake pedal force would pump fluid out , let gravity do it`s job
