Putting A 8.8 Rearend In A Bronco ll?

I have a 89 bronco ll and was wondering if a 8.8 would bolt up to it? I can get one out of a explorer but dont know if it will work because of the drive shaft on the bronco. If anyone knows how or if it can let me know. Thanks

It should work fine as far as I know. It might just be a little wider than your current axle

My rear springs has got weak and was just wondering if it would be just as easy to change the rearend or just to add a spring.
