Removing front driveshaft?

Removing front driveshaft?
Does the front driveshaft in a 2000 ford ranger pull out from the transfer case or do i have to remove all 6 of those 8mm bolts? I already broke my socket and am hoping it pulls out like the rear.

Dang haha is there anyway to get the front driveshaft to spin?

I have the Drive shaft disconnected from the front differential, i just cant get it to turn on the transfer case end. I have tried putting it into neutral and still nothing.

if it's disconnected from the front diff... then shift the case into 2wd... and spin it. (is your case bound-up and not shifting outta 4wd ?)

That worked, I was assuming it had to be in 4x4 and neutral
