I have a 1998 mazda b4000 4.0, 4x4, 8.8 lsd, 5sp and i'm trying to chase down a rubbing noise coming from the rear of the truck, only under acceleration. I had the rear end apart, the gears looked good and i put in fresh fluid with friction modifier. I also completely rebuilt the rear brakes. Also there's a groan from the same area on hard launches. Any help would be awesome!
