I just bought my second ranger. It is a 96 2.3l automatic. The O.D. off light blinks and the check engine light is on. I brought it to Autozone for a scan. Codes p0750 (shift solenoid 1 circuit condition) and p0751(shift solenoid 1 performance condition) came up. It shifts hard into reverse and from 1st to 2nd gear. all others work fine. Is this something that is easy to fix or should i bring it to a shop? Any help is greatly appreciated.
