...but I have a leak somewhere in a cv joint cover (there is grease on the outside) and am wondering if its worth bringing it to the mechanic or can I just pick up a new boot at autozone or something and install it easily?

 

Take it to a mechanic its not easy , truct me i am a mechanic lol plus its greasey
