Soft brake pedal

Recently swapped the drum brakes for disc brakes. I've bled the rear calipers with a pressure bleeder and assured there was no air coming out of the bleed screw. Checked over all of new lines for any leaks, all good there no puddles of fluid in the driveway. I take it out for a test drive and the pedal just seems soft. I know these usually have soft feel to them anyways but it just feels softer than usual. Truck stops fine but the pedal is almost pushed in all of the way for a quick stop. Is it possible for air to get in the lines for the front brakes or could the master cylinder be in need of replacement?

I would be interested in your rear disk brake set up, would you please share what you ended up installing? Thanks
