"Stubler" transfer case doubler specifically for Rangers
Found this when searching for somthing else:

May be a repost but what the heck.
It's a kit to convert an old BW 1350 transfer case into a bolt on doubler for crawling your Ranger. Pretty cool idea.

yeah thats been around for a while. you can also use the one from DD machine, and you can use either 1354 or 1350 on either kit since they both bolt up the same, but you might have to have a diffent output/input shaft depending...
i already have a manual 1350 for when I get around to it...

d.d machine doubler
I have one of those in my truck. It's pretty easy to do if you have a 1350 or 1354 already and have skills to cut and weld aluminum.
the clocking part isn't as helpful because you can only move it one setting (6*) before you hit the driveshaft on the case.
but the kit is awsome and has good workmanship, and it works great and shifts easily. I wont be able to fully test it until I get the SAS done, though.

I actually did both, I welded the aluminum plates in, but my aluminum welding wasn't the best, so I JB welded the holes to clean it up and seal it. I'm not sure if I would trust JB weld by itself though.
I was in pueblo last weekend shopping.
we should definitely do some trails this spring-after my axle swap
