My 4r44e in my truck is bad. So when i go look for a transmission =I am going to look for a 4r44e but if i cant find one i am going to use a= 4r55e =5r55e. The computer has to be change to use them got that far . Does the wiring harness have to be change too. And will that bot up to my 3.0l flex fuel. Do i need the cross member out truck with them new type of transmissions too. How about the drive shaft are they the same. I have a short bed so can i use a long bed drive shaft and traney. And how hard would be to make the truck manual. What do i have to do .
