okay so ive had enough of this problem already. i got a 99 ranger 4.0l 2wd and when im cruising about 45 and go to accelerate it jolts, jerks, and then once i get about 50 its fine. my guess is its abviously having a hard time shifting gear. could this be trans shift solenoid? my gfs 99 explore and her dads e150 is doing same thing all have about same miles on them 120,000. any help would be great.
