I have a 4R44E transmission and would like to know if i could use a =A4LD or =4R55E or = 5R55E

You can but you'd have to change the computer to match that engine/trans combo. I wouldn't use an A4LD thats a downgrade from what you have but a 4r55E or 5R55E would be an upgrade i had the 5R55E before i went to 5 speed.
