I havent figured this out, but about a month or so ago my truck would act like im killing it when ever i go for third or fourth gear (its a stick shift). It seems that I have to get to 3000+ RPMs in 2nd before i go for third in order for my truck not to vibrate. And it vibrates so bad that the back window will drown out the radio cuz its so loud. And 1st gear isnt any help either. Nomatter how much i baby the clutch, my truck still wants to jump and shake off the line.

Anyone know what could be causing this?

 

My buddy's neon did this and it was something messed up with his clutch... I think a plate or two were broken off of it..
